According to our years long artisan experience, each tie we produce is cut, sewed, manufactured and packed by hand to get an outstanding quality product.
The working process of our ties begins by cutting the main silk cloth to get one square metre panels controlling either fabric’s and pattern’s quality. The following step is about cutting each panel to make a tie out of it. Each fabric peace is then sewed together. The inside wool and cotton part is then inserted with final lining and sewing by our expert artisans.
Our hand made process allows us to deliver our costumers a product with no silk faults and with its pattern rightly centred on a “straight” tie (to check if your tie is “straight” let it loose and take its tip and tale, stretch it and see if the tie turns on a spiral or remain “straight”). Our tie is then ready to be packed and delivered. |
